Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
